There has been an improvement to the customer experience at BetVictor, as the operator has launched a new personalised “Offers Page” to try and add more usability and function for customers. This new feature is being powered up by the operator’s own ‘Cross-Product bonus Tool’ and now customers will be able to find personalised views of offers available to them.
The dedicated, personalised page will let punters see what offers are currently available, which are active, previous offers and their balance too, all in one place. Customers will also be able to filter promotions by profit and do things like review awards from offers and complete each necessary step of any special promotional offers.
