January 5th, 2012 Scoop6 – Punters miss out on Win Fund7th January 2013 / lee
There was no winner on the Scoop6 horse racing this week, with £146,085 being carried over from last week into the winning fund. Saturday, January 5th’s Win Fund Total stood at £226,879 but race five of the day wiped out all tickets. Following race 4 on Saturday, the 3pm at Sandown Park, in which favourite Ifyouletmefinish could only take third, there were just thirty tickets left in the running for the win fund. But with favourite Teaforthree coming in second in Race 5, the 3:20 at Chepstow, it put an end to all tickets hoping to pick up a big win on the Scoop6.
There were 424 correct selections on the Scoop6 Place Fund though, with each punter picking up a nice return of £108.80 for their days work on the popular horse racing format. There was no winner of the Scoop6 Bonus fund either, which stood at almost £150k for the weekend. It means that there will be money on offer again next week in both the Win Fund and Bonus Fund with some carry overs from this week. The next running of the Scoop6 will go off on Saturday, January 12th with the featured races being announced on the prior Friday.
A £2 stake is all it will take for you to have a crack at the Scoop6 big prizes. The Tote will announce the six races which make up the Scoop6 day on a Saturday and punters can use their horse racing knowledge and experience to try and pick out the six winners of each of the featured races.
