William Hill are again expanding their horizons as they entered the Swedish market this week. It it is yet another major, competitive step forward for Britain’s biggest bookmaker. They have already seen good success following their initial footsteps in America as they purchased three sportsbooks out in Nevada. With William Hill also pursuing a bigger share of the Australian online market with their acquisition of SportingBet, they push forward with growth in Europe by launching their brand new Swedish Sports Betting Site.
The Swedish online market is very competitive, but William Hill have primarily launched a focused football betting product to start attracting custom from the Allsvenskan, the Swedish Professional League for club. The Super First (Superattan) is the top tier of Swedish club football and the big brand of William Hill will be linking up with the league offering a wide range of football betting markets, both pre-play and live in-running to Swedish customers.
WIlliam Hill are making themselves available across computers, mobile devices and the iPad as well, mirroring their UK services. The betting site will also offer bingo, poker and a casino alongside the sportsbook. It looks as if the growth of William Hill really has no bounds at the moment, as they are trading very strongly and growing the brand across Europe.
